Client population includes RCL 12 Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) DCFS youth with mental health conditions.  In a warm and loving home setting, children receive round-the-clock care, counseling, and education designed to help them reach their highest level of independence.</p>

<p>As the Children’s Residential Program Supervisor, you will join the CRP team to provide direct supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent treatment services and leadership skills, extensive knowledge and background in adolescent mental health treatment including experience in Evidence Based Practices, expertise in family county systems of care, and mature team building and interpersonal skills. You must attain the ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with at risk youth and their parents, foster parents, caregivers, schools, other staff, physicians, county agencies, other health care and social services providers and the public. You will need to maintain therapeutic client contact to assist in providing behavioral management and provide collateral contacts with multidisciplinary treatment team. Your responsibilities will also include complete documentation of reporting and processing accident, incident, and seizure reports.</p>

Additionally, mental health services will be available to youth discharged from our residential program and returning to their homes or communities. Mental Health services will be provided by a multidisciplinary team.</p>
