Oscar Gives Back at Camp Bloomfield

Oscar, dressed as Santa, with campers Oscar has faced many challenges in his life. He was hospitalized as many as eight times in one month, so he was removed from his family due to what social workers considered to be neglect and placed at Junior Blind’s Children's Residential Program for foster youth who are medically fragile.
